Know the deal before the work starts.

Most work has a fixed price from a written scope. Qualifying product builds can instead be paid from the revenue the product earns.

01 · Fixed price

A known outcome for a known price.

We compile the scope, quote the complete job and do not run a meter. If the scope proves wrong, we surface it and re-quote; we do not quietly deliver less.

02 · Revenue share

No build invoice. We earn when the product earns.

For qualifying products, the usual shape is 25–35% of revenue received, capped per product per calendar year, with a low tail above the cap. The trigger is cash received, not an accounting definition of profit. You keep the business and product IP.
