Two founders · one compact studio

Built on judgement, trust and a lot of software.

Daniel and Gary combine product leadership and architecture in one delivery loop, with capable models doing the mechanical work and evidence deciding when it is finished.

Why this exists

We wanted the freedom to build things properly.

Daniel and Gary worked together across regulated financial platforms before founding Zero Drift. They had already learned how each other thinks, where they disagree and whose judgement carries which kind of decision.

How the studio works

People set the premise, make the consequential calls and own the claims. Models multiply the implementation effort. Mechanical gates test whether the result holds.
