Privacy notice
Zero Drift Ltd is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Our company number is 17202217 and our registered office is The Glass House, Rhododendron Avenue, Meopham, Gravesend DA13 0TT. Questions or rights requests can be sent to [email protected].
What we collect
If you send an enquiry, we collect the contact, organisation, role and message details you provide. Depending on the form, this may include product or service interests, technical context, timeframe, budget, market and distribution information. We also retain referral and campaign fields, the version of the notice you accepted, and a salted hash of the sending IP address for abuse prevention.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to respond, decide whether and how we can work together, prepare requested information or a proposal, and keep a record of the resulting business conversation. These uses are necessary to take steps at your request before a contract and for our legitimate interests in running and protecting the company. We use the hashed IP address to enforce the form rate limit and protect the service.
Who handles it
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form records and supplies Turnstile abuse protection. Google Workspace carries the resulting email. Our founders and, where necessary, professional advisers may access the information to handle the enquiry or meet a legal obligation. We do not sell personal data or use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Storage and retention
Enquiry records are normally kept for no more than 24 months after the last substantive contact. If an enquiry becomes a contract, relevant records may be kept longer where needed for the contract, accounts, insurance, disputes or a legal obligation. Expired rate-limit events are deleted from the live abuse-prevention store. Our providers may process data outside the United Kingdom under their applicable transfer safeguards.
Analytics and browser storage
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic and performance without using cookies to collect usage metrics. This site stores your chosen colour theme in your browser. On enquiry pages it also stores first-touch referral parameters so they can accompany a form you choose to submit. Provider challenges may create security-related storage. Our browser-storage and cookies inventory names what the site writes and what may be set by its providers. You can remove site data through your browser’s controls.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office ↗. Contact us first if you would like us to explain or correct anything.
