Get the technical truth
A decision a board can make, with findings another person can reproduce.
You need to decide whether a system will hold, a codebase is safe for AI-assisted change, a supplier has finished the job, or an acquisition carries hidden technical exposure.
01 · The commercial route
What can be commissioned
Prices exclude VAT. Prices and durations shown are published starting terms; the written proposal fixes scope and fees.
02 · Tangible output
What leaves with you
- The question, review boundary, evidence examined and missing access stated before a verdict.
- Written findings with observation, reproduction, severity, business consequence and evidence that would change the conclusion.
- S1: risk register and roadmap. S2: eight-part agentic score and sample gate. S3: acceptance findings ledger. S4: buyer-template diligence and red flags. The quote names which one you buy.
03 · Authority
Who does what
You: Name the decision and share the relevant source, architecture, access, contracts, incidents or operators; identify who will act on the conclusion.
Zero Drift: Choose the smallest review that answers that decision, challenge the claims with failure-capable checks and present a recommendation with its limits.
04 · Decision gate
What acceptance means
The chosen report answers its opening decision, cites inspected evidence for material findings, names untested areas and provides a prioritised next action. You can reproduce the sampled checks or challenge their limits.
Agree first: Access, confidentiality, review sample and board format are fixed at the start. An expedited diligence request is priced separately; the published S4 expedite addition is 50%.
Boundary: A sample-based review is not a certification or assurance that no hidden defect exists. Legal and financial diligence remain with the relevant specialists.
05 · Check it
Evidence and next step
A decision aid, not a contract or an unqualified claim about a system not yet inspected. The proposal and signed agreement govern scope, responsibility and acceptance.
