Build for revenue share
Your domain and customers. Our complete product engineering. Aligned earnings.
You know a regulated or compliance-shaped market, can reach its buyers and want a product company rather than a supplier building a prototype you then have to finish.
01 · The commercial route
What can be commissioned
Prices exclude VAT. Prices and durations shown are published starting terms; the written proposal fixes scope and fees.
02 · Tangible output
What leaves with you
- A jointly agreed complete product boundary, specification, distribution and operating plan before the build starts.
- Zero Drift's design, build, hosting and technical operation under the agreed share; no conventional build invoice for a qualifying partnership.
- An agreement covering product IP, reusable background tooling, hosting cost, revenue reporting, caps, termination, data export and a workable exit.
03 · Authority
Who does what
You: Own the business, customer relationship, sales and market decisions; bring domain authority and a credible distribution route.
Zero Drift: Define, engineer and operate the software, show the delivery and running-cost evidence, and remain accountable for the agreed technical work.
04 · Decision gate
What acceptance means
The complete agreed customer job can be sold and operated, not merely demonstrated. Its production, verification and handover boundaries are written down before either side commits.
Agree first: The domain founder keeps the business and product IP; Zero Drift retains reusable foundations. Revenue means receipts, not profit. Before a build commitment, the contract fixes the share, term, annual cap and lower tail, who pays hosting and third-party costs, reporting, termination and exit rights.
Boundary: The 25–35% range is a qualifying starting point, not a total-cost quote: without the negotiated cap, tail, costs and term, offers cannot be compared. This selective route is not a promise to fund every app idea.

Evidence and next step
A decision aid, not a contract or an unqualified claim about a system not yet inspected. The proposal and signed agreement govern scope, responsibility and acceptance.
