Build a complete product
A working service, not a good-looking first screen.
You know the business job but need the whole product specified, built, proved and handed over: difficult workflows, exceptions and the operating work included.
01 · The commercial route
What can be commissioned
Prices exclude VAT. Prices and durations shown are published starting terms; the written proposal fixes scope and fees.
02 · Tangible output
What leaves with you
- S5 buys a versioned specification of roles, workflows, data, integrations, security, accessibility, migration and acceptance checks, plus a fixed-price build quote.
- S6, when separately commissioned, buys the agreed production service, source, tests and repeatable verification, plus agreed hosting or handover.
- S6 also includes runbooks, monitoring and recovery arrangements, data export and named remaining risks.
03 · Authority
Who does what
You: Name the sponsor and domain decision-makers; provide access to users, rules, existing data and integration owners; accept the product boundary and consequential decisions.
Zero Drift: Compile the specification, build against it, supply verification evidence and hand over a supportable service. Record proposed scope changes rather than quietly delivering less.
04 · Decision gate
What acceptance means
S5 is accepted against the agreed specification and priced build plan. S6 is accepted against named end-to-end jobs, roles, correction and failure paths, with checks, deployment, observation and recovery demonstrated to its named operator.
Agree first: Product IP, background tooling, data/controller roles, hosting and support, third-party cost, security and recovery targets are written into the engagement. S5 is credited against S6 if Zero Drift builds it.
Boundary: The starting build price is not a quote for an undefined product. The signed scope and acceptance schedule control the commission; product-specific compliance is designed and tested, not certified by this sheet.

Evidence and next step
A decision aid, not a contract or an unqualified claim about a system not yet inspected. The proposal and signed agreement govern scope, responsibility and acceptance.
